Consultation Card - For your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can complete a consultation card. This document is confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
Cancellations - Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations, to allow for appointment to be reassigned.
Purchase of Retail Products - Products must be paid in full at time of purchasing
Loyalty Cards - Your loyalty card stamps cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Stamps can only be redeemed on certain treatments. Your loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. You can use the gift vouchers on our working days only. The voucher must be handed to the therapist at the beginning of the treatment. You do not have to use the full value of the voucher on one treatment.
Price Alteration - We reserve the right to alter the prices without giving prior notice.
Confidentiality - Personal information taken from a client during a consultation will be kept in the strictest confidence. We would like to send you promotional details. Please let us know if you do not want to receive offers.
Medical Conditions - When booking an appointment please let us know of any medical condition you may have as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Payment - We take card payment and cash.

We require all of the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for, for insurance purposes and your own safety. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment. Our lawful basis for processing this information is 'contract', this means we have a legal reason to ask you for your data as we need it for contractual reasons. You're not required to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offer you treatments with House of Beauty. In order to receive treatments you will be required to share these details with us.
We would like to send you information regarding the products and services we offer using the information you have provided us with, you do not have to agree to this for the treatment to go ahead. If at any point you would like to opt out of receiving marketing information from us please contact us directly requesting so.
